Whole Foods Kahala will have a tent in Banyan Courtyard where you can purchase organic macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and juice and water.
Here's what's in store:
• All Moms receive a free book or notecard set, PLUS a free family pass to the museum.
• Kids can make a Mother's Day gift—create sun prints with Artist in Residence Megan Bent and fashion rainbow-spectrum cards using nailpolish!
• Family Film Sunday at the Doris Duke Theatre is the Technicolor favorite Auntie Mame, starring Rosalind Russell. Film starts at 11:10am and 4pm.
Entertainment in Central Courtyard:
11:15-12:15: James Kraft Jazz Duo plays smooth morning jazz for mothers
12:30-1:30: Guitar virtuoso and three-time Hoku award winner Jeff Peterson plays slack key, classical and jazz (his rendition of Sati's Gymnopédie is fab!)
1:45-2:45: Flute and Harp for the Heart: A Tribute to All Mothers by Saskia Verbeck and Sharene Lum
